The Coca-Cola bottling company was using Cornerstone OnDemand to mange their personnel resources, but needed help understanding how to best use the performance and succession features.
Human Capital Professionals was able to work with them to create a quality succession plan for their users. They needed to create a review process that gathered the necessary information to help Coca-Cola improve their business and personnel processes. After conducting thorough research about their particular needs, we were able to set up their performance task reviews so all information would populate correctly and they could analyze the data for use in future reviews.
The project was completed ahead of schedule. Since then we have continued to advise them on their system and have completed additional performance review and succession tasks.
