Honor Health was in need of HealthStream Learning Center Support to gain additional expertise and manpower. The Human Capital Professionals team was able to jump in to assist their Healthstream Administrator James with many daily tasks such as resetting passwords, assigning courses to students individually and through group assignments, and creating and editing users and student groups.
Our addition to their team has resulted in dramatically reduced ticket times. We have freed their people up to focus on other pressing tasks by managing many of the routine daily system administration tasks that were consuming their time resources. As needed we assisted them with more significant system related tasks to refine their processes and create greater efficiently. Task completion times have been much improved, and they’ve experienced little to no down time when James has been out of office.
