PERFORMANCE ASSURANCE FOR ALL HRMS SYSTEMS


Performance Assurance provides a way for clients to ensure that their system will always be fully optimized for their specific needs on a year to year basis including situations where organizations experience key staff changes.
On a yearly basis HC Pros will assess a client’s HRMS environment for more than technical glitches and errors, but take it a few steps further by digging into how the system is being utilized on a daily basis by both the administration and employees.
A comprehensive system analysis will include but not limited to:

  • Overview of company structure, departments, job titles, categories, affiliations if necessary
  • Student group maintenance, how many groups are there, how are they created
  • Monitoring of current inbound/outbound data feeds to ensure accuracy
  • Reports are being fully utilized to understand how students are utilizing the system
  • Ad hoc areas of client concern

SILVER

GOLD

  • 1 Annual Performance Assurance analysis
  • 30 days of virtual administration for staff replacement. Client will alert Customer Success Manager of the need and the HC Pros team will engage within 2 business days providing mainly email support to client administrators. The goal of the HC Pros team is to ensure there is no degradation of the HRMS system while a replacement is located. (To be executed once over the life of the contract.)

PLATINUM

  • 1 Annual Performance Assurance analysis
  • 30 days of virtual administration for staff replacement. Client will alert Customer Success Manager of the need and the HC Pros team will engage within 2 business days providing mainly email support to client administrators. The goal of the HC Pros team is to ensure there is no degradation of the HRMS system while a replacement is located. (To be executed once over the life of the contract.)
  • 14 days of annual virtual admin support. Client will alert Customer Success Manager of the need and the HC Pros team will engage within 2 business days and provide any ad-hoc administration needed, including; course, student, feed, and end user support. Client will receive access to the HC Pros support email address and direct 1-800 number.

10 hours of HC Pros virtual administration/consulting is included per year and can be utilized by resolving systemic issues that are uncovered and the HC Pros team will make a recommendations on a best course of action for the future.

In addition to a yearly analysis, the Performance Assurance plan includes up to 5 business days of email support for both administrators and employees in the event the main client administrator is unavailable or transitioned to a new role.
